Alpine Cycle provides a range of automotive services including, but not limited to, seasonal car detailing, undercarriage rust proofing, tire rotation and storage, paint protection film application, ceramic coating, windshield chip repair, interior deep cleaning, and headlight restoration. Specific details of each service, including pricing and timelines, will be provided upon request and prior to service commencement.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: All services require an appointment, which can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late for an appointment may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule, with potential charges.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices for our services are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of service booking. Alpine Cycle reserves the right to change pricing for services at any time, but will honor prices quoted at the time of appointment booking.
4. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
- Pre-Existing Damage: Customers are responsible for informing Alpine Cycle of any pre-existing damage, issues, or conditions of their vehicle prior to service. While we exercise extreme care, Alpine Cycle is not liable for exacerbating pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed.
- Valuables: Customers are advised to remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service. Alpine Cycle is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- Quality of Work: We strive for the highest quality of service. Any concerns regarding the quality of workmanship must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of vehicle pickup to be considered for rectification.
5. Limitations of Liability
Alpine Cycle will exercise reasonable care in the performance of its services. However, Alpine Cycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
